1.9. Bid amount - the amount that the client puts on a given outcome of the event.
1.10. Outcome - the result of an event that BC proposes to bet on.
1.11. Coefficient (hereinafter Cf) - the number indicated in the line on the basis of which the gain is calculated. Cf winnings - equal number: Cf bets - if the bet wins; 1- if the rate is refundable; 0 - if the bet has lost.
1.12. Result (win, loss, return) - determined by the sporting outcome of the event (match), in accordance with the rules for accepting bets on this sport.
1.13. Cancellation of a bet - an event in which the calculation and payment of a win is not made. In the event of a "cancellation of the bid", according to the terms of these Rules, the transaction between the organizer and the client is considered to be closed at this rate, a refund is made.
1.14. The main time of the match is the duration of the match in accordance with the rules of the competition in this sport, including the time added by the referee. The main time of the match does not include extra time, overtime, penalty shootouts, shootouts, etc.

1.21. VIP bets - a bet the amount of which is greater than the amount of the maximum bet set by the Betting Company. The acceptance of VIP bets for any event may be terminated by the Betting Company at any time without notifying the Client.

3.1. Formula 55 (hereinafter BC) accepts bets on sports and other events. All bets are accepted exclusively in accordance with these Rules.
3.2. Bets are accepted only at persons who agree with the following Rules established by BC. Any bet made by the client is a confirmation that the client is familiar with and agrees to the Rules. Claims based on ignorance of the Rules (Rules) are not considered by the BC administration.
3.3. Responsibility for the provision or non-provision of information on gains or losses to the relevant authorities lies with the Client.
3.4. In the event that fraudulent actions related to accepting bets or financial transactions are detected, BC has the right to suppress such actions by:
• invalidation of rates;

3.5. Registration, opening a deposit and making bets at the guest service center (hereinafter GSC ) is allowed for persons over 18 years of age. Responsibility for violations of this clause lies with the Client.
3.6. Bets are not accepted:
• for persons who have not reached the age of 18 at the time of acceptance of the rate;
• for persons who are participants in the event on which bets are made (athletes, coaches, referees, owners or functionaries of clubs and other persons who are able to influence the outcome of the event), as well as for persons acting on their behalf;
• persons representing the interests of other BCs;
• for other persons whose participation in the agreement with the BC is prohibited by applicable law;
3.7. Responsibility for violation of paragraph 3.5, 3.6 of these Rules lies with the client. BC does not bear any responsibility as to when it became known to it that the client is included in one of the listed categories of persons. This means that BC has the right to take these measures at any time from the moment it receives information that the client is one of the designated persons.
3.8. If necessary, BC has the right to require a document from the Client (passport, driver’s license, military ID) confirming the identity of the Client. The copies of documents requested by BC must unambiguously confirm the identity of the client and comply with all requirements of BC.
3.9. BC has the right not to accept bets from customers who do not comply with these Rules. BC reserves the right to refuse to accept any kind of bet to the client in case the client violates public standards of conduct and public order.
3.10. BC reserves the right to refuse to accept bets to any person without explanation.
3.11. Disputed cases not provided for by these Rules are considered by the Administration individually.
3.12. Repeated bets on the same outcomes with the same odds from the same Internet players, in case of suspicion of fraudulent actions, BC has the right to declare such bets invalid even after an official result. In all other cases, the BC may declare the indicated rates invalid.
3.13. A bet is considered accepted after registering it on the server and issuing an online confirmation. Registered rates are not subject to cancellation or correction, if they do not contradict paragraphs 3.12, 4.5.8 of these Regulations.
3.14. Upon receipt of a win (amount), the Client is obliged to check the conformity of the amount of received funds, without departing from the cash register. If the player received the amount and moved away from the cash register, this means that the calculation was made correctly in the future, and BC does not consider any claims on this issue.
3.15. The client must receive the winning amount in the GSC where he made the bid. It is allowed to receive winnings at any other GSC in agreement with the BC Administration.
3.16. In the case of closing the GSC in which the bet was made, the player can receive a win in any other GSC , in agreement with the BC Administration, within 30 calendar days.
3.17. A bet made by a client on a specific outcome of an event is considered to have won if all outcomes indicated in this bet are correctly predicted.
3.18. The conditions for accepting bets (odds, handicaps, totals, maximum limit on bets, etc.) can be changed after any bet, while the conditions of previously made bets remain unchanged. Before entering into an agreement, the client must find out all the changes in the current line.
3.19. Bets made on events whose outcome is known at the time of the bet will be settled with Cf. "1".
3.20. The BC Administration does not accept claims regarding discrepancies in transliteration (translation from foreign languages) of the names of teams, names of players, venues of the competition. All information given in the name of the tournament is auxiliary in nature. Possible errors in this information are not grounds for a refund.
3.21. The results of the events announced by the betting company are the basis for calculating bets and determining winnings. Claims based on the results of events, the date and time of the actual start of events will be considered only in a package with official documents of the respective sports federations.
3.22. Communication failure upon receipt by the client of a confirmation of a bet is not grounds for its cancellation.
3.23. Any bet is a confirmation that the client agrees and accepts these Rules for accepting bets.
3.24. All bets are calculated based on the information provided by the processing center.
3.25. Payment of money (winnings) is made in the GSC only upon presentation by the participant of the bet, a BC receipt, drawn up on paper. On the receipt must be clearly read all the information about the rate, the receipt number, and a bar code should be present. Otherwise, receipts will not be accepted and claims will not be considered.
3.26. BC has the right to pay the winnings within 30 calendar days upon presentation of the winning ticket. If the deadline established by this paragraph of the Rules is missed, payment may be made upon a written application of the Client on the basis of an order of the General Director of Formula 55 B.V.. In the application, the Client is obliged to indicate good reasons for missing the deadline for payment with the application (if possible) of copies of supporting documents. 3.27. In case of suspicion of the authenticity of the receipt, BC reserves the right to suspend payment of the gain on the receipt until an examination of its authenticity for up to 30 days is carried out.
3.28. Each registered customer can have only one account. When registering on the site, the rule applies to: one family, one address, email address, credit card number or IP address. The administration of the BC reserves the right to request the client to clarify the data (passport data, registration, etc.).
3.29. A registered customer cannot re-register as a new customer (under a new name, with a new email address, etc.). In case of violation of this rule, the Administration reserves the right to block such an account (re-registered) for the duration of the proceedings (up to 2 months) and in case of confirmation of the fact of re-registration, cancel all bets made on this account (winnings). At the request of the client, an individual exception can be made by the Administration of BC.
3.30. The client is responsible for the secrecy of his password and account number received during registration. All bets registered in BC are valid. Cancellation of bets is possible only on the basis of these Rules. In case the client’s login or password becomes known to third parties, it is necessary to notify the BC administration, as well as change the login and password on your account and email to a more complex one. Do not disclose to third parties information regarding codes for withdrawing funds and changing your phone number.
3.31. The company reserves the right to close the game account and cancel all bets made from this account, if it is established that:
• the betting participant at the time of betting had information about the outcome of the event;
• the betting participant had the opportunity to influence the outcome of the event, being a direct participant in the match (athletes, referees, coaches, etc.) or a person acting on their behalf;
• bets are made by a group of betting partners acting in concert (by a syndicate) in order to exceed the limits set by the company;
• one betting participant has several gaming accounts (multiple registration);
• a betting participant is suspected of using special software or hardware to automate the betting process;
• any dishonest methods of obtaining information or circumventing restrictions established by the company were used.
Balances on customer accounts in the above situations are refundable after the completion of the proceedings. In this case, the amount of the balance is determined without taking into account dishonestly received income. BC reserves the right not to compensate for the loss of a player on commissions of payment systems when depositing and / or withdrawing funds to the account (from the account) of BC “Formula 55”.

4.5.10. Bets are refundable if:
• the actual start of the match has been postponed for more than 24 (twenty four) hours;

4.5.12. Special cases:
